🔄 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging.
• Returns must include a valid order number or proof of purchase.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable.
• Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or washing are not eligible for return.

💸 Refunds for Returns

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, a refund or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
