💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, as per your preference.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned after the return window has passed.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
